Built as an Urban Youth Movement.
NOSS was founded as an Urban Youth Movement: a security company that gives young people in Goroka and other urban centres a way to earn and support their families. Through recruitment, training and disciplined management, we have helped reduce youth unemployment and crime. Today we cover approximately 80% of corporate businesses in the Eastern Highlands Province.
